Step 1. Login into your Zendesk Account.

Step 2. Navigate to Admin Menu - - - > Market Place & Click on Market Place.

User will be redirected Zendesk Market Place in a New Tab.

Step 3. Search for “IntegrateCloud Connector for Clubhouse” & Click on the App to see the details or Click here.

Step 4. Click on Install Button.

Step 5. Select Zendesk Account Details to Install the App.

Click on Install button after selecting the Account & User will be redirected to Apps Market place installation page where app ready to be installed.

Step 6. Click on install button to install the App in our Zendesk Account.

Step 7. After Clicking on install button user will be redirected to Admin Page - - - - - - - - -> Manage where User can see the installed app.

App has 4 tabs “New Story”, “Link”, “Post a Comment” & “Linked Tickets”.

As the name describe Post a Comment allows user to post a comment to the Clubhouse story.

Posted Comment in Clubhouse.

3. Linked Tickets.

User can see which Zendesk Ticket Id is linked to which Clubhouse Story Id.

User can also Export the data in XLS, XLSX, & CSV format.

How to setup Zendesk Clubhouse App by IntegrateCloud.

1. Log into Zendesk Account.
2. Click on Tickets
3. Open an Ticket
4. Find the Zendesk Clubhouse App by IntegrateCloud.
5. Enter Zendesk Credentials.

6. Add Clubhouse Token & Click Save.

06. (A) How to generate Clubhouse Token.

• Login into your Clubhouse account.
• On Right Side Top Corner Click on Settings. 
• Click on Settings - - - -> API Tokens. 

• Add Token Name & Click on Generate. 
  

The Token is generated & displayed only once so it`s better for User to save the token for Future Reference.

7. After Clicking Save button you can see the App ready to use.

Step 1. Login into your Zendesk Account.

Step 2. Navigate to Admin Menu - - - - - - > Manage & Click on Upload Private App.

Step 3. Enter the App Name & the Zip File of the App & Click on Upload Button.

Step 4. Click on Upload button.

Step 5. Click on Install button.

Step 6. Once the installation is complete you can see the App in Manage.
