Step 1. Login to your Zendesk account.

Step 2. Navigate to Admin Menu - - - > Market Place & Click on Market Place.

User will be redirected Zendesk Market Place in a New Tab.
Step 3. Search for “IntegrateCloud Connector for Pivotal Tracker” & Click on the App to see the details or Click here.

Step 4. Click on Install Button.

Step 5. Select Zendesk Account Details to Install the App.

Click on Install button after selecting the Account & User will be redirected to Apps Market place installation page where app ready to be installed.
Step 6. Click on install button to install the App in our Zendesk Account.

Step 7. After Clicking on install button user will be redirected to Admin Page - - - - - - - - -> Manage where User can see the installed app.

Setup App by IntegrateCloud (Step 3 – Setup Trial)
How to Setup Pivotal Tracker Integration App by IntegrateCloud in Zendesk.
- Login to Zendesk Account.
- Click on Views.
- Open a ticket.
- Find the Pivotal Tracker Integration App by IntegrateCloud on Right side Bar.
- Enter Zendesk Credentials for Authentication.

Login into your Pivotal Tracker account.
On Top Right Side you can see the Account Name

6. (B). Scroll to the Bottom of the page user can see API Token copy it.

Installation of Custom Zendesk Pivotal Tracker App by IntegrateCloud...
Step 1. Login to your Zendesk account.

Step 2. Click on Admin Menu.

Step 3. Click on Manage - - -> Upload Private App to upload and install your private app in your instance of Zendesk Support.

Step 4. Enter the App Name , Add the App .zip file & Click Upload.
