• How can i generate Asana Token ?

    Hi,

    To create a personal access token for yourself:

    1. Click your profile photo from the top bar and select My Profile Settings.
    2. Navigate to the Apps tab

    3. Click on Manage Developer Apps.
    4. It will open the url something like "https://app.asana.com/0/developer-console

    5. Click on New Access Token
    6. Add the token name and click create token.

    7. Click the Create button
    8. Copy this token for future use and paste into asana token field in the app authentication page.
    You are required to enter a description for each access token in order to easily remember its individual purpose.

  • How to update Zendesk-Asana Integration App Credentials

    How to Re-Setup Zendesk IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App by IntegrateCloud.

    • Login to Zendesk Account.
    • Click on Views.
    • Open a ticket.
    • Find the Zendesk IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App by IntegrateCloud on Right Side Bar.
    • Click on Settings icon as shown below.


    • After Clicking on settings icon button it will open the popup for where user need to Authenticate the Zendesk Credentials.


    • Once the Authentication is completed user can close the popup and start using the app.
    • User can open a random ticket from Views to see IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App.




  • How to use the App (Step 3 – Setup Trial)

    IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App has 2 features “Create Task” & “Link”. 


    1. Create Task.

    1. Click on IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App.
    2. Click on Create Task.
    3. Select the Workspace and Project Name from the Dropdown; click on next button below.

    4. User can see the selected workspace & Project Name. Add the required Details. (Name and Notes is nothing but          Subject and Description)

    Click on Create Task after adding the details.


    5. A message will be displayed below as “Zendesk Ticket Id … Is Successfully send to Asana Project. New Asana Task Id …………….”


    6. User can Click on the New Asana Task Id ……………. to verify the details.



    B.      Link


    1. Click on any Asana Task Id.

    2. Once user click on any Task user can see the Task Id on the web link.


    3. Copy the Task Id.

    4. Click on IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App.

    5. Click on Link.

    6. Enter the Asana Task Id.



    Click on Link Task


    7. After clicking on Link Task message will be displayed “The asana task id linked to Zendesk ticket                      successfully.”


    8. User can verify the Link Asana Task Id on the app also.



  • Setup App by IntegrateCloud (Step 2 - Setup Trial)

    How to Setup Zendesk IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App by IntegrateCloud.

    • Login to Zendesk Account.
    • Click on Views.
    • Open a ticket.
    • Find the Zendesk IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App by IntegrateCloud on Right Side Bar.
    • Click on Configure.

    • After Clicking on configure button it will open the popup for where user need to Authenticate the Zendesk Credentials.


    • Once the Authentication is completed user can close the popup and start using the app.
    • User can open a random ticket from Views to see IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App.




  • Install App by IntegrateCloud. (Step 1 - Setup Trial)

    Step A. Login into your Zendesk Account.

    Step B. Go to Admin Click on Marketplace, it will redirect user to a new tab of Marketplace page.

    Step C. Search for “IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration”

    Step D. Click on the search App and then Click Install.

    Step E. Click on Install after selecting the account user want to install the IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration.

    Step G. After clicking on Install user can see the IntegrateCloud Zendesk-Asana Integration App in Admin Menu under Manage.
