    Yes all the data is encrypted through SSL & protocol is HTTPS.

    All data is that is transmitted from Zendesk to JIRA & vice versa is totally encrypted through SSL.

    We store only Zendesk ticket id and JIRA ticket id. Other than that we just do the transmission of data between Zendesk and JIRA.
