Where is the data stored?

All Data is stored in Microsoft US data center.

Is there a physical security program?

Yes all our servers are located in secured Microsoft data center which access is restricted through stringent procedures. For more information please go through Microsoft trust center for further information.

Are all authentication, data transmission, client, server and web secession that are transmitting confidential data protected using SSL, SSH, or other transmission encrypted protocol? If YES, please indicate protocol and version.

Yes all the data is encrypted through SSL & protocol is HTTPS.

What JIRA authentication is stored in you Data Base?

With respect to JIRA we ask all our customers to create a separate account for IntegrateCloud.

What Zendesk authentication is stored in your Data Base?

With respect to Zendesk authentication data we store only secure token for accessing the Zendesk API.

Is the data encrypted?

All data is that is transmitted from Zendesk to JIRA & vice versa is totally encrypted through SSL.

What kind of data do you store?

We store only Zendesk ticket id and JIRA ticket id. Other than that we just do the transmission of data between Zendesk and JIRA.

Do you support SOC, PCI, and HIPAA?

Yes we support all compliance programs (SOC, PCI, and HIPAA). All our servers are running on Microsoft Azure and it follows the SOC compliance.
