    Key features to Use JIRA Integration App by IntegrateCloud.

    App has 4 tabs “Create Issue”, “Link Issue”, “Notify” & “Info”.


    1. Create Issue: - When clicked on the CreateIssue tab it loads the JIRA project, JIRA Issue type and based on the selection it will load all the JIRA fields like System fields (summary, description etc.…) and Custom fields. The User can make the selection and click on CreateIssue which would create issue in JIRA and then display the corresponding JIRA Id in the App.

    2. Link Issue: - This tab allows you to link an existing JIRA Ticket. It can be linked to one or multiple JIRA issues.  

    After clicking on Link Issue the JIRA Ticket will be linked & message will be displayed on the screen as “Zendesk Ticket successfully linked to JIRA Issue key.”



    3. Notify: - This tab allows the user to send notifications to all the Linked JIRA Issues which would show up as comments in JIRA as well as in Zendesk as a “Private Note”.



    After clicking on Notify Issue button a message will be displayed as “JIRA Ticket Notified Successfully.”



    A] In Zendesk comments will be displayed in Comments Log. 



    B] In JIRA comments will be displayed in Comments Log & using "@ZD" we can reply to the comments.



    4. Info: - This tab shows you how to send JIRA comments into Zendesk as Internal notes for two-way communication.



  • Setup App by IntegrateCloud(Step 3 - Set up trial )

    How to Setup JIRA Integration App by IntegrateCloud in Zendesk.

    • Login to Zendesk Account.
    • Click on Views.
    • Open a ticket.
    • Find the JIRA Integration App by IntegrateCloud on Right Side Bar.
    • Click on Begin Configuration.                                                                                                                                           

    • Use Zendesk Credentials to Authenticate Zendesk Account.


    • Click on Zendesk Authentication Button & on next popup Authenticate your JIRA Credentials.

     

    • Click on JIRA Authentication, if the Credentials are right a pop will be displayed as “Success Thank You for authenticating credentials”.                                                                                                                              
    • In case, if you are using JIRA on premise servers then please open port 443 to allow IntegrateCloud Servers.   • Install App by IntegrateCloud (Step 2 - Set up Trial)

    Install JIRA Integration App by IntegrateCloud.

    Step 1. Login to your Zendesk account.



    Step 2. Click on Admin Menu.


    Step 3. Click on Manage - - -> Upload Private App to upload and install your private app in your instance of Zendesk Support.

    Step 4. Enter the App Name Download the App file from

    Download App from here


    Click Upload - - -> When Popup of “Creating a new App” is prompted, - - - > Click Upload.

     

    Step 5. After the Process is completed INSTALLATION screen will be loaded, Click on Install Button.

    Step 6. Once the Installation is complete you can see the App in Manage.
