    1. Zendesk Slack App V2 helps the user to send custom messages along with Last Internal Note & Public Reply to your Slack Team Members as and when required.

    “Message Posted Successfully!!!” will be displayed when Message is sent.

    2. Zendesk Message in Slack will appear as follows.

    3. User can reply from Slack to Zendesk using “@ZEN #5 Your Comment Here......”

    Slack Installation in Zendesk

    Step 1. Login to your Zendesk account.

    Step 2. Click on Admin Menu.

    Step 3. Click on Manage - - -> Currently Installed App - - - > Hover the Mouse on App & Click on Drop Down & Click Update.

    Step 4. Choose the Updated File & Click Upload.

    Step 1. Login to your Zendesk account.

    Step 2. Click on Admin Menu.

     

    Step 3. Click on Manage - - -> Upload Private App to upload and install your private app in your instance of Zendesk Support

    Step 4. Enter the App Name Download the App file from.

    Click Upload - - -> When Popup of “Creating a new App” is prompted, - - - > Click Upload.


    Step 5. After the Process is completed INSTALLATION screen will be loaded, Click on Install Button.


    Step 6. Once the Installation is complete you can see the App in Manage.






  • Zendesk and Slack

    Install the App on Zendesk Slack App

    • Once the app is installed, click on existing ticket , click on the Apps link and you will see the IntegrateCloud Slack App.
    • Click on the Add to Slack button in the app which will take you to setup page for authentication. Provide permissions to allow IntegrateCloud and click Allow button.
    • Enter your Zendesk Credentials and you will see the message app is setup successfully.
    • Take an existing Zendesk ticket and you will see the app to send messages to your Slack.
